Argo, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Amay Adams, Amanda Seyfried & more!!

A few nights ago we got word of an event honoring the cast of Argo (among others) & for those of you that don’t  know, Argo has been my favorite movie of the year so far so we jumped at chance to get them.

The night starts off pretty quickly as Tom Holland from the film The Impossible arrives. We call Tom over & he signs for the few of us that have items for him. Everything I’ve heard is he is an early Oscar contender, so it doesn’t hurt to add him to our collection.

 

 

 

 

After Tom, we get perhaps the treat of the night, John Goodman. John arrives; we call for him & without saying a word he comes over & signs. This was the one person I was confident we wouldn’t get, so to add him to my Argo poster is a real treat.

 

 

After John, we see Ben Affleck, Bryan Cranston, Amy Adams, Ray Liotta, Susan Sarandon, Seth Rogan, Samantha Barks (we think, LOL), Robert De Niro & others go in & not sign.

Now the waiting game begins…..

As we wait, Scoot McNairy (one of the 6 from Argo) comes out for a quick smoke break & with a little convincing from Will, he comes over & signs. We’re able to add him a few items (see images at the end)

Not soon after that, Ezra Miller from Perks of Being a Wallflower comes out to smoke (who still smokes?!). Ant E & Big Ed are both really pumped. From what they say, POBAW is one of the best films of the year & Ezra is great in it. Ezra is incredibly nice, signing anything we give him & even writing quotes from the film. After meeting him, I need to see the movie.

 

 

 

 

From there, the night picks up.

Seth Rogan, Susan Sarandon & Ray Liotta all come out, one after another & sign.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After that, one of the main people I was looking forward to seeing (Bryan Cranston) made his way out. Now by this time all of you should know about our love for Breaking Bad & pretty much anything Mr. Cranston does, so getting him always makes us happy. In his usual style, Bryan comes right over & signs. But this night Bryan signs a lot. I mean “everyone gets 4 or 5 a lot”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Soon after Bryan leaves, Amanda Seyfried & Bella Heathcote leave but before getting into their cars they come over & sign.

 

 

 

 

Quickly after that, the reaming members of the Argo cast attending the event, leaves. We are able to get the real Tony Mendez, Clea Duvall & Kerry Bishe.

 

 

 

 

 

By this time night is winding down but before it does Amy Adams comes over & all hell breaks loose. Let the pushing & shoving begin. In all the chaos, we are able to get Amy on a few photos.

 

 

Last but not least is Samantha Barks from the upcoming movie Les Miserables, Kerry Washington  & Guillermo del Toro. We call each one over & they come right over & sign.

 

 

All & all it was a good night.
